Tinyhouse Ghana

Tinyhouse Ghana is a project of an idealistic Ghanaian-Dutch couple. Our mission is to find a sustainable way of living in Ghana, and share this way with other people. When we are not living in our house, we rent it out to people to experience our adventure.

We are working on building Ghana's first tinyhouse. In the future we want to build a community of like minded people who can share ideas, but also a watertank and a vegetable garden.

Beside that we want to find out if tinyhouses are a solution for people who don't have a stable house.

who we are

We are a Ghanaian-Dutch couple, called Mark and Jennifer. And we are on a mission. In April 2019 we decided to start a project together: building Ghana's first tinyhouse. Both of us are interested in Ghana's tourism and supporting it. Mark is the founder of Accra Cycle Share, a cycle tour in Accra on every Sunday. Jennifer is the founder of The Ghana Traveller, a travel agency specialised  in travelling to Ghana. Tinyhouse Ghana will not just be a project of us. One of our goals is supporting tourism in Ghana and creating (temporary) jobs for Ghanaians. Read more
